To retrieve your vehicle, you'll need a valid state or federally issued identification (including those from other countries like Mexico) and one of the following: a notarized power-of-attorney, court order, certificate of title, tax collector's receipt with vehicle registration renewal card, current automobile lease or rental agreement, appropriate law enforcement identification, a department-approved form, or proof of financial responsibility. Additionally, you'll need to complete either form VSF 12 (commercial) or VSF 13 (personal), which can be found on our website.
